Hi there,

I had my vehicle (VK10 KFV) in for a service and MOT on Friday 22nd March.

I thought I would now drop you a line to say how pleased I was with the service that I received. The staff managed to arrange for me to collect the courtesy car slightly earlier than the original booked time, they carried out the service and MOT in an acceptable time frame, washed the car incredibly well and made sure that every last need was catered for, including helping me to reverse out of the busy car park.

I was extremely pleased and would like my sincere thanks passed on to the service team in Hayes. Well Done!

Good morning, Just a quick note to say thank you to the smashing people at now Vauxhall, Staples Corner who helpped me to get my car to the service centre yesterday (7th.) As I had surgery recently my car was collected from my address by a lovely, cheerful young lady and her collegue at the time agreed. It was brought back to my home and parked up nicely for me.

My car was delivered back to my home lovely and clean by the same lady and her collegue, both still bright and cheerful as they were in the morning. A big thank you to all the staff in the service centre.

All the staff at Now Vauxhall Staples Corner are a great team. I am sure I speak for most if not all Motability customers when I say we are treated with the utmost care and respect by all. I for one am made to feel very special at all times since applying for my first motability car in 2007.

Please pass on my thanks and best wishes to all at Staples Corner. Keep up the good work!

I have recently purchased a car from NOW Vauxhall in Addlestone. I would like to formally thank the Sales Executive Adrian Hill for his professionalism, compassion and understanding of my individual needs, I have a disabled son and he has been in hospital for the last two weeks. Purchasing a new car can be quite stressful at the best of times, but Adrian was able to help in every step to make the purchase as smooth as possible.

Adrian also treated me like a human being and did not try to talk down to me or to palm me off with sales talk. He is a credit to your organisation.

All in all it was a pleasure purchasing the car from NOW Vauxhall. Thank you.

Hi, I took delivery of my Corsa "Limited Edition" 16v on 27th of July 2012 and today received your customer satisfaction form, which I have completed on-line this evening.There is no place on the form to properly explain the purchase, so I would like to take the time to expand on how I found the whole experience. To begin I have to say that the Corsa was very high on my list to look at from the begining because it had such a strong appeal based on its specification and looks. I took several weeks, visiting other dealers and talking to sales persons, before I arrived at Now Vauxhall in Kingston.From the moment I entered the showroom, with my partner, we were made to feel very welcome and were treated to a very high level of courtesy. From that point on it just got better and better. I had become very disillusioned over the previous weeks by the lack of sales people trying to sell me anything other than what I was looking for.

From the moment I sat down with Jamie Richards (Sales Manager) I felt I had his full attention and, that he wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. He made both myself and my partner feel very important and deserving of first class attention.At all times he was quick to reassure me that he wanted me to be happy that I was getting, not only good customer service but, that I was being offered exactly what I asked for. At no time were we made to feel under any pressure to accept on the spot.This went a long way to convincing me I had made the right choice by going to Now Vauxhall and choosing the Corsa. Having agreed on the package and costs, I was then introduced to Seema Sidar (Business Manager) a charming lady, to arrange payment details etc.

Yet again I was made to feel comfortable with my choice to proceed with the purchase without any pressure. Once the paperwork was in place and relevant payments made, there was no feeling of needing to leave to make way for the next customer.Over the next few weeks Jamie kept in constant contact with updates to the progress of my vehicle and, on the couple of visits I made to the showroom to sort out a couple of queries, I was welcomed by name by all the staff I had come into contact with, even if only for a few seconds.It is difficult to explain just how special I was made to feel.

Just let me say that no other dealer/Sales person made me feel like that.When the day came for me to collect my car it was one of the most pleasant experiences I have personally had. I cannot thank the members of staff at Now Vauxhall Kingston enough for the friendly, courteous and professional treatment I received from all of them, so would you be kind enough to pass on my sincere thanks to them all on my behalf.Please feel free to use the content of this e-mail as testimony to the excellence of the customer service you can expect to receive at Now Vauxhall Kingston.

May I say that you have been most polite and efficient in dealing with my queries. I have been looking at a range of models from Landrover, Skoda, Suzuki, Nissan etc and none of the dealers have responded in the timely and helpful manner which you have. Many so called Tax Free firms cater only for the Military buy back market. So thank you. I find it strange too to be buying a car without seeing it but having crawled over the competitors and with your excellent websites I feel confident I have made the right choice.

Hi Jon,  I just wanted to drop you an e-mail to let you know how pleased I am with my new car, and also to say thank you to you and all your staff who made the whole process so easy. Jason,  I am writing to advise you of the excellent level of support provided by Ryan Bartholomew, Trainee Sales Executive. I first met Ryan at Now Vauxhall, Addlestone when viewing the new Astra. I did not proceed with the purchase at that time as it was not possible to beat the VAT increase deadline. I told Ryan that if I went ahead with a purchase he would be my point of contact. I had then decided to put on hold the purchase of a new car however Ryan then phoned me to advise me of an Astra that I may be interested in. Ryan had clearly seen an opportunity and listened to my previous comments. I am delighted with the new purchase and likewise delighted with the level of support provided by Ryan. Ryan was always courteous, polite and professional without ever ’’pushing’’ the sale. Ryan will remain my point of contact for further sales for myself and family.
